Roast the black gram, green gram, barley, and oats separately in a dry pan until you get a nice roasted flavor and smell. Dry roast all the nuts together to get a brown crisp look. Keep them aside to cool. Roast each of the ingredients for at least 3-4 minutes.
Put the black gram, green gram, barley, oats, sesame seeds, nuts, finger millets and soya flour in a mixer. Grind them separately to a fine powder. Mix all theses powders together perfectly.
