Physical intimacy is crucial for couples to connect and reconnect, and finding ways to express it outside the bedroom is essential to overcome and make up for its lack. 

5. Balancing Work Life and Parenting

A baby can also puts a temporary stop in your career. A mothers’ work life is affected the most and many moms start thinking of giving up their career for the baby. Balancing a job and a baby is no easy thing to do. Firstly, you should not hurry to get back to your job. Take your time and make full use of the maternity leave to rest and regain your health. It is important that your are physically, mentally and emotionally fit to resume work. Also, you may arrange with your spouse to work in shifts, so that a parent is always present with your baby.
