1. Ginger Tea

Caught a cold while walking home in the rain? The first thing you should make for yourself after a hot long shower is a cup of adrak chai. The flavor is quite manageable and one amla a day is definitely enough to fight off unwanted bacteria. Amla also helps in the functioning of the liver and in improving the circulation processes of blood.
