Losing Thigh Fat Is Easier Than You Think!

Thigh fat is quite annoying, honestly because it is uncomfortable as them rubbing against each other is why you have to apply anti-rash cream almost every night before sleeping. Losing thigh fat isn’t as difficult as you think. All you need is a good exercise with a balanced diet.

Exercising and having a balanced diet will not only help you shed pounds from your thighs but other parts of your body too. Here are few ways that will help you keep those kilos at bay:

1.Squat it up

Keep your legs shoulder width apart from each other and drop down till your thighs are parallel with the ground. The basic idea here is to maintain a balance so that your body has pressure mounted on both your legs. Stay locked in the position for 3-4 seconds before rising to the original position.

Try using an exercise ball! Put the ball against the wall and with your legs placed firmly on the ground lower yourself till your legs are parallel with the ground. It will give you a good back rub too!

2. Do lunges

Hold a 5-8 pound dumbbell in both your hands and lunge in the forward direction. Bend the knee of the opposite leg about an inch above the ground. Take a step backwards and do the same with opposite leg. Keep your legs tight so that it is effective in shaping your legs.

3. Keep yourself hydrated

Drink a lot of water and keep yourself hydrated throughout the day. Stick to drinking water because it is easily available and it is cheap too! It helps you detox and helps in the transportation of nutrients to the cells.

Refrain from sugary treats like soda, alcohol, packaged fruit juices. They will do more harm to your body than good.

4. Drink green tea

After working out, have a cup of hot green tea. It will increase your metabolism and keep you full at the same time. It contains important antioxidants which will keep your system active and immune to common illness.

Drinking a cup of green tea at night will trick your stomach by making you feel full. So, you’ll be shedding those pounds easily.

5.Watch what you eat

Know what kind of food you should be eating on your low carb diet. Refrain from eating pasta, bread, pastries, processed foods like cheese, paneer, jam etc because they have added sugar in them.

Avoid starchy veggies like potato, corn and beetroot. They will add up more bulk to your body.
