5 Tips to Prevent Hair Loss

5. Use hats and umbrellas whenever you can

Although your hair cannot get a sunburn or cancer, the sun can harm it in other ways. Prolonged exposure to the sun’s ultraviolet rays can damage your hair from its cuticle to its inner structure. This will lead to more dryness on your scalp and the brittleness of hair. So, if you have to stay in the sun for a prolonged time then try using a hat or an umbrella to protect your hair.
